Many people are familiar with the term pedagogy, which is used synonymously with education. But is pedagogy the best idea for teaching adults? In this episode Andy discussed how the number of choices typically increases for our education as we age, and introduces the six characteristics of andragogy. Subsequent episodes will go more into detail on each characteristic and give ideas for application.
