As he did with the group most hostile towards God and the church, Andy provides a few characteristics that are generally true of those who are one step removed from the previous group. This group is still unchurched, but has been labeled (by Rainer) as U4s. Near the end of the episode, Andy shares a couple of options to attempt to reach this group of individuals.
